Scaffolding CPD/Refresher Course

The two day scaffolder refresher/CPD course is targeted at all CISRS Scaffolders, who need to renew their cards. Attendance and successful completion of the course will bring the scaffolder’s skill set to current CISRS latest industry standards. Please note we do not have the facilities for Advanced card holders .

Eligibility for Attendance:

This course is for existing CISRS Scaffolder (We do not have the facilities for Advanced card holders) card holders, that need to renew their cards. Please note: Only scaffolders who hold expired cards, or cards that will expire no more than six months prior to the date of the course are entitled to attend.

Course Description

The scaffolder Continual Professional Development (CPD) course is targeted at all CISRS Scaffolders, (We do not have the facilities for Advanced card holders) who need to renew their card. Attendance and successful completion of the course will bring the scaffolder’s skill set to current CISRS latest industry standards. Course Content: • Introduction and Welcome • General site health and safety • Latest industry standards (SG4, SG6, TG20, etc) • Good environmental practice • Scaffold inspection • Alloy tower training • Scaffolding good practice • Temporary works responsibilities • Scaffolding health & Safety & behavioural test Certification: When the delegate(s) have successful completed this course, they will receive a CISRS certificate, the centre will apply for the CISRS Scaffolder card.
