If you have lost or damaged a library item, please tell one of the library staff and they will calculate how much you need to pay.
Make sure you get the correct cost from the library before you make a payment. If you pay too much, we can't add the extra to your account or refund it.
It will take up to one working day for the online payment to show on your library record.
If you find the lost item in the next 10 weeks after paying, you can have a full refund. You must return the item to the library and bring the email receipt.
